This Waterway Viper hot tub pump is rated at 5.0HP which is the largest standard pump that Waterway offers for hot tubs and swim spas. It's not the HP that makes it the biggest, it's the wet end with it's 2-1/2" intake and discharge that make it bigger than the Water Executive 56 series and also the Gallons Per Minute flow rate. At high speed this pump is rated for over 400 Gallons a minute flow rate.
